Clean Out

We offer clean-out services after an estate sale as well as a separate service. We'll remove every item in your home and leave the property broom swept, vacuumed and completely empty. Items will be recycled, trashed, and donated if possible, leaving you ready for next steps.

Additional Service & Support

Consignment Sales: Accepting items for consignment sales through physical or online channels.

Organizing & Decluttering Services: Helping clients declutter and organize their homes, garages, and storage units.

Moving & Relocation Services: Assisting with packing, moving, and unpacking for clients relocating.

Whole-Home Clearing: Efficiently eliminate all contents from the home without an estate sale, ensuring a complete and hassle-free cleanout, whether for relocation, property sale, or preparing for new tenants.

Space Recovery & Reorganization: Comprehensive removal of excessive content from homes.

Storage Unit Cleanouts: Clearing out and organizing storage units for individuals or businesses.

Event or Seasonal Sales & Pop-Ups: Hosting themed sales or pop-up events around holidays or seasonal shifts, e.g., holiday decorations, back-to-school items.

REO & Foreclosure Cleanouts: Clear and clean foreclosed properties to prepare them for resale or auction, ensuring they are market-ready and presentable for potential buyers.

Estate Inventory Management: Cataloging and inventorying items for estates, families, or legal purposes.

 

Consignment & Online Sales Management: Managing consignment or online sales for clients who want to sell specific items but don’t require a full estate sale.

 

Pre- & Post-Renovation Clearing: Clearing spaces before renovations begin and organizing post-renovation to prepare homes for reoccupation or sale.

Phase 1: Initial Consult & Planning

  • Personal Consultation: We begin with an in-person and onsite consultation meetup to better understand your needs, timeline, and expectations, guaranteeing a smooth transition process.

  • Contract Signing: After a thorough walkthrough and clear agreement on terms, we sign the contract and get to work. Good & Co receives a 50% consignment share of the total sale profits, including pre-sale and post-sale items. Additional services can be contracted post-agreement, depending on staff availability.

Phase 2: Estate Sale Management

  • Professional Staging: Our expert team organizes and stages items to ensure everything is sorted, identified, cleaned, and ready for evaluation.

  • Item Evaluation and Pricing: We provide detailed assessment and pricing of household goods, antiques, collectibles, and more, using savvy market expertise to ensure fair and competitive pricing. NOTE: If your home is rich in antiques or high-value, museum-quality goods, we are not a good fit. Good Company specializes in the common good, providing exceptional services for everyday treasures.

  • Marketing and Advertising: This is where Good & Company truly stands out. We understand that every sale is unique, and we highlight the character of the home and its contents across online and local platforms to attract interested buyers. Our dynamic approach—spanning signage, estate sale sites, and our extensive database—ensures that each sale gets the attention it deserves, drawing in the right audience and achieving top-dollar results.
